The Clubhouse is open to all Members who are current on their dues and do not have any suspensions.
The Moore Haven Yacht Club, through its Board of Directors, may make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of the Properties.
Sanctions may include reasonable Monetary Fines, and suspension to the use of the recreation facilities.
In addition, the Association, through the Board, by contract or other agreement, enforce court ordinances or permit Glades County to enforce ordinances on the Properties.
Private Use of the Clubhouse:
The Board of Directors has authorized owners or others to use portions of the common areas. A deposit of $100.00 will be imposed to guarantee proper clean-up of the facilities.
Authorization and arrangement to use these facilities are to be cleared through the Activities Committee.
The swimming pool is open daily for the benefit of the membership, therefore its’ not available to reserve for private use.
Any violation of the rules or procedures concerning the use of the Common
Areas by a resident of a lot, or any guest, or invitee is the responsibility
of the Owner, resulting in suspension of use or monetary fines.
If we all follow the posted rules and regulations, then all our members and
guests will be able to enjoy the recreation facilities provided by their
MHYC HOA Board of Directors
